What is a software development subscription?
You pay one fixed monthly price instead of paying per project or per hour. You add what you need to a request board, we size each request and give it a delivery date, and we build them one at a time. You can pause when there is no work, and nobody has to be hired.
How much does it cost?
€4,500 a month plus VAT, with unlimited requests in your queue. There are no quotes per task, and your price stays the same for as long as you keep your subscription.
What kind of work can I request?
Websites, web apps, new features, CMS work, integrations, fixes and improvements, or a whole project from zero, design included. If you are unsure whether something fits, write to us and we will tell you.
Which technologies?
If your project is already running, we adapt to the technologies it uses: tell us your stack when you join the waiting list and we will confirm it fits. If it starts from zero, we use our own, because it is how we go fastest: Figma, Nuxt, Postgres, SQLite, Cloudflare and the tools around them.
How does a turnkey project work?
We split it into requests, such as design, build and launch, each with its own size and date. They are done one at a time, so you always know what comes next and when.
What does "fixed price, forever" mean?
Your monthly price does not change for as long as you keep your subscription, whatever you ask for and however many requests you send. You never get a quote per task, and pausing does not lose you that price.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool: for pair programming, tests, specs and our processes. Architecture, decisions and the final review rely on 15 years of experience, and nothing ships without that review.
Why are there no calls?
A call takes an hour and leaves nothing in writing. On the board every request keeps its context, its estimate and its history, and you read it when it suits you.
What if I want a change after review?
Every change is a new request. It goes on the board, gets its own size and date, and follows the same path as any other, so nothing gets lost in a conversation. Small ones are grouped into one day. A confirmed bug is free and goes to the top of the queue.
What counts as an active day?
Every calendar day while the clock runs. We work Monday to Friday, so 30 calendar days are about 22 working days, as in any month. The clock stops on days we cannot work: our holidays and public holidays, announced on your board in advance, and days we are waiting for you.
When does the clock stop by itself?
When we need something from you, such as texts or access, and have nothing else of yours to start. The card moves to Waiting for you and says what is missing, and from the first full working day the clock stops until you reply, weekends included. The due date moves with it. A review runs for one full working day; with no answer the card moves to Done and the next one carries on. You have 5 working days of these stops per 30 active days; after that the spot is released, and your days stay saved for 12 months.
What if the size does not suit me?
The size is not negotiated, the scope is. Drop parts or split the request into smaller ones and they are sized again.
Why not deliver early?
Because the date is what you buy. A one-week request arrives after six or seven days, so you can promise dates to your own clients and keep them.
What if a request is longer than the days I have left?
It carries into the next month, charged when it renews. Requests under a day are grouped into one day.
What if there are no spots available?
