Using this site

This site describes a service that is not open yet. Nothing on it is a binding offer: the price and conditions that apply are the ones you accept when you subscribe. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works.

Content

The texts, design and code of this site belong to their owner or are used with permission, and the client names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it always will be. We are not responsible for the content of other sites we link to.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies to this site, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

What we collect

Your email, your company or website, the type of project and what you tell us you would want done first. We also keep the language you used and the date.

Why

To contact you about your place on the waiting list and send you a free estimate when your turn comes. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible contract. We do not send marketing or use this data for anything else.

Visit statistics

We use Umami to count visits and see where they come from. It sets no cookies and does not keep your IP address in its statistics. It records the page, the site you came from, your browser, device, language and approximate location, and whether someone joined the waiting list, never what they wrote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, and you can object by writing to us.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, Neon stores the list in the European Union and Resend delivers the notification we receive, and Umami counts the visits. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or at most 12 months after we last contact you.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, or ask us to limit it or hand it over, by writing to hello@sinepausa.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
